How the monthly price is calculated

For a weekly schedule, average monthly visits are weekly visits × service weeks ÷ 12. Multiply visits by cleaning person-hours plus other paid person-minutes ÷ 60. Multiply monthly person-hours by your loaded hourly labor rate. Add supplies, equipment allocation, other direct costs, overhead, and contingency. Divide that total cost by (1 − target margin ÷ 100).

For an exact month, use that month’s visit count. Crew size changes only elapsed cleaning time, never person-hours. The result is a pre-tax target price for the assumptions entered, not a guaranteed market rate.
